I have used MyCheckFree for many years. Never once have I had a problem. I just wish they had more companies that they worked with to accept payments. I always pay my bills early and MyCheckFree allows me to do that by simply picking the day I want them to send payment. I recommend it to anyone who wants on location to pay most of their bills.
For the second time in 2 months the payment I made through this service did not show up. This is a horrible service. I will never use this again. I pay everything else online with no problem, but this service is a ripoff...I believe Macys makes money on late fees so its to their advantage that this service is so lousy.
I think this service is playing a marketing "game". I went online to pay my bill, which was due today, and discover that they aren't going to post it as paid until next TUESDAY!! Well, guess what.....now it will appear that I was LATE paying the bill. All of the other bills I pay online or "electronically" are posted the minute I pay them. Don't tell me that this isn't deliberate to try and get extra fees for being "late". Why can't you just do this RIGHT and stop with the games? I know.....you would lose millions, maybe even billions, if you did it the right and fair way. Gonna find another way to pay this bill. I'm done with the tricks and with MyCheckFree padding their pockets through trickery.
THESE PEOPLE ARE A COLASSOL PAIN IN THE BUTT. I AM A DISABLED PERSON TRYING TO PAY MY BILLS BY WIRE. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH OTHER SERVICES, BUT THIS ONE IS IMPOSSIBLE.
I WANT TO PAY MY WALMART ACCOUNT BY THE NET. ANY OTHER SERVICE CAN GET ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN THEN AND THEY SAY THEY CANNOT FIND ME. I GUESS THAT THEY CAN FIND MY BANK ACCOUNT & MY CREDIT CARDS AND MY CARS & DRIVERS LICENSES, THEY HAVE MY DATE OF BIRTH & SSN NUMBER... THEY HAVE MY ADDRESS & TELEPHONE NUMBERS... WHAT ELSE DO THEY NEED...
THEY WANT ME TO PRINT UP MY INFO & VISIT A STORE. HOW IN THE WORLD DID I GET THE CHARGES MADE TO MY ACCOUNTS IF I WENT TO THE STORES TO BUY SOMETHING??????
THIS TAKES SECURITY TOO FAR.
MAYBE THESE PEOPLE SHOULD PROTECT THE BORDERS & THE WELFARE LINES TO STOP HARASSING THE PUBLIC WHO ACHE FROM THE WORK I HAD TO DO TO BUY THE MERCHANDISE I WANT TO PAY FOR.
Well, we have used Checkfree for many years. I think 9 yrs. NEVER a problem! I don't know how they give such on-time good service for free. It's simple to set up and any concerns I have they have an 800 telephone number with on the ball customer service.

I have used Mycheckfree for many years. It is great! It is easy, convenient & I have never had any problems.
I shopped at Sam's on 6-6-2009 and my card was rejected because they couldn't find a payment that was scheduled I made through the MyCheckFree service. I will never use this service again.
I have used mycheckfree.com for years. This service has made bill payment simple, postage-free and on time. I prefer this service over the bank payment because I can schedule the payment to get to the biller on the date due, keeping my funds in my account until necessary. I use bank payment only for those accounts not handled by mycheckfree.com and estimate when they should be sent. Excellent service!
I have used this service for more than 7 years and had no problems. I did get
an e-mail at the end of the year telling me of a "possibility" that another source has gotten into my account. Immediately, I received a email from McAfee to help
control this situation. It did. I am very happy with this service. It helped me process mother's bills quickly through their system and service. Thank you MYCHECK FREE.
I keep getting emails telling me that it's possible that I have a "virus" as a result of my using MyCheckFree. I am, however, unable to verify if this is a fraudulent letter. No way to contact CheckFree and get any response. I now use Echecks direct from my bank. No virus found yet....
I have been with this company since they began. I have saved money and had no problems until recently. Is it because of the new ownership are they getting ready to charge or eliminate this free service?
Today it's been a long day waiting to pay my bills...At least they should have announced earlier they were upgrading their software today.. I work in IT and would have done all my payments prior to this upgrade, looks like they have come up with big issues?!. First time ever with MCF problems for me, but still very frustrating not having a clue of what's going on?? Would they still pay bills that were due today? Poor proactive customer service... lot's of fires to follow.
1:30 CST I called Customer Service to see if they could give any indication when the website will be working. They said they are working on an upgrade (since last night) and suggested I try again "in an hour." I have used CheckFree for at least a dozen years and this is the first time there has been a problem. Payments have always been made accurately and on time. I have had to trace three payments in all these years and Customer Service has handled each incident effectively and efficiently. I love this service. Hopefully the upgrade will be done today.
I have used them for many years but the biggest problem I have is finding the number to speak with a customer service representative. It seems like they hide the contact number or something. A part from that, their services are great.
