Home Depot (HomeDepot.com) Online Bill Payment
Home Depot has partnered with Citibank to enable HomeDepot.com customers to view and pay their consumer account online. You can access the free online bill pay service by clicking on the My Account link on the HomeDepot.com home page. From there, you will see a Credit Center button that will take you to a page where you can register for an online bill payment account. Note that you will have to first choose the type of account you have with Home Depot.
On the Home Depot site, you are able to check balances, make online payments,
view your HomeDepot.com statement, or even request a credit line increase
for your Home Depot account.
Registration for online bill payment requires that you provide basic information like your Home Depot account number, card security code, last 4 digits of your social security number, date of birth and the email address that you wish to use for receiving account communication from HomeDepot.com. You'll also need to choose a username and password to use for logging into your account once it has been established. There are two options available to you when you sign up:
- Sign up to pay your Home Depot bill online
- Sign up to receive Home Depot online statements only
- You will be sent an email every month when your new statement is ready.
- You can sign into your account and view your statement online.
- You can access and print 12 of the most recent online statements.
- No more paper bills will be mailed to you. The online e-bill statement is the only bill you will receive from Home Depot.
- If you wish to cancel the online e-bill feature at any time, you can do so online at HomeDepot.com or by calling the Home Depot customer care number.
In addition to seeing e-bill statements online, the Home Depot online system also allows you to see any recent unbilled shopping transactions.
Online bill payments are quite easy to make. You can choose to pay the minimum amount due, the last statement amount balance, or another amount that you choose. Online payments must be at least $1 and cannot be more than the full statement amount due. In other words, the HomeDepot.com system will not allow you to make an over-payment against your online billing account balance.
You can choose when you want the payment delivered by selecting that the bill be paid immediately, on the statement due date, or you can key in any other day that you like. This feature is helpful for ensuring that the payment is not debited from your checking account sooner than you'd like.
